What do I need to do on the day of my hire?
Please make sure that you are available at least 15 minutes before the event to sign a liability disclaimer. You will be a left a copy for your records. Other than this we set up the inflatable safely and take it away at the end of the event. You will be shown basic operating instructions for safe use.
What if it rains?
All our inflatables are provided with a built-in rain cover which includes the blower. This means that there is normally nothing for you to do other than make sure the front step is kept dry to avoid slips and falls. It's only during heavy rain that we advise you to temporarily switch off the blower.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Please contact us by email up to 24 hours before the event to cancel. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your event please phone us on 07565 706 446 before we are due to commence our journey to you. It is only under these circumstances that there is no cancellation fee. If you wait for us to arrive at your event before you cancel, you will be charged for our fuel both there and back. Our vehicles don't run on fairy dust.
Are you able to set up the bouncy castle on tar, gravel, paving or uneven ground?
We use a thick tarpaulin as a ground cover to erect an inflatable in these conditions. Sand bags are used to anchor the inflatable on hard surfaces and metal stakes are used on grass.
Do I need a generator?
You will need a generator to power the blower if you are more than 50 metres away from a standard UK 3 pin socket electricity outlet. We only charge for the amount of fuel used during your event. Other than this, we have a certified range of extension leads that we use.
What am I insured against?
We have Public Liability Insurance for up to £5m. This covers you and your property against injury or damage whilst we are on your property or in control of the inflatable. Once you have signed a disclaimer this responsibility is then totally yours. We strongly advise you to take out your own Public Liability Insurance for commercial events for which you are responsible for our equipment. Private hire customers normally feel confident to "police" the safe use of the inflatable themselves.
How do I make a complaint or compliment?
We will always deal with complaints directly and attempt to reach a favourable conclusion. Should you wish to escalate your concern please contact either Trading Standards in Stirling via the Stirling council website or Perth & Kinross Better Business Partnership of which we are members to, and comply with their code of practice. Compliments and recommendations are always welcome to be left on our Facebook page or sent via email.
